Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange, subject to the following terms.

Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

We exchange any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the item(s) you want to exchange for on your invoice, and send the items back to:

You are responsible for shipping costs. If the item you are exchanging for is a higher price than your original item, please enclose a check or money order to cover the price difference. If the item has a lower price, we will refund your original method of payment for the difference.

If you believe that your merchandise is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description on our website, email us at info@greenarborclothing.com and we will instruct you how to proceed.
